Plastic Mold Making in China
In-house plastic mold making in Yuyao — the heart of China’s mould industry. We design, machine and trial the tool in our own workshop, then run your parts on our injection machines.
DFM before cutting steel
Send a STEP or STL file. Our engineers review draft angles, wall thickness, gate location and parting line before quoting — fixing issues on screen is far cheaper than in steel.
In-house machining
CNC, EDM, wire cutting, milling and grinding are all in house: 3 EDM, 3 CNC, 1 wire-cutting, 1 rocker drill, 1 milling and 1 grinder, plus three die-fitter groups.
Trial and approval
We run T1 samples, measure critical dimensions and send photos and reports. Mass production starts only after your approval.
Mold ownership
The mold belongs to you. We can store it, maintain it and run future batches, or pack and ship it to your other supplier.
