Injection Molding
W&CWST Plastic Injection is an injection-molding specialist — it is our core process and our name. From a single-cavity prototype tool to a 32-cavity production mold, we design the mold, build it in-house and run the parts on our own machines.
How it works
- Plastic granules are melted in the barrel of the injection machine.
- The melt is injected into a precision steel mold under high pressure.
- The part cools in the mold, the mold opens and the part is ejected.
- Parts are trimmed, inspected, assembled and packed.
