IP Protection for Your Project

Your drawings, your product and your mold remain yours. We have been manufacturing for overseas OEMs since 2009 and we treat intellectual property as a hard boundary, not a courtesy.

Before you share anything

NDA first. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before receiving your drawings. Send us your own NDA template or ask us for ours – both are fine.

During the project

• Restricted access. Only the engineers and toolmakers assigned to your project see your files.
• No photography. Your parts, molds and production runs are not photographed for marketing without written approval.
• No third-party disclosure. Sub-suppliers (steel, heat treatment, surface finishing) receive only the minimum information required and are bound by the same confidentiality.
• Secure file handling. Files are stored on access-controlled storage and deleted on request after the project ends.

Your mold, your property

Full ownership. The mold belongs to you once paid for. We store it for free while you order parts, and we ship it to you whenever you want.

No reuse. We never run your mold for another customer, and we never sell parts made from your mold to anyone else.

No competing products. We do not manufacture a competing product for another buyer using your design, tooling or knowledge gained from the project.

Export and compliance

We can supply the documentation your legal team needs: material certificates, RoHS/REACH declarations, dimensional inspection reports and PPAP Level 3 packages.
