Why low volume molding is different

Large factories optimise for millions of parts and reject small runs. We optimise the other way: simple, affordable tooling (single or 2-cavity), fast changeovers and short production windows — so a 500-piece order is still worth doing.

What you can start with

A small mold from about USD 1,000, first orders from 100–1,000 pcs, and T1 samples within 15–25 days. Once the part is validated, the same mold scales to mass production.

Materials for small runs

ABS, PP, PC, PA6/PA66, POM, PMMA, TPE and 120+ grades. We can also run the same mold in different colors across batches.

What is the minimum order quantity?

From 100 pcs for small parts, 1,000 pcs for most projects — there is no large-factory MOQ.

How long does a small mold take?

Simple molds 15–25 days; more complex tools 25–40 days. T1 samples are sent for your approval before mass production.

Can I use the same mold for mass production later?

Yes. The mold is yours; we can run small batches now and scale the same tool later.
